These terms cover your use of reviewreadyclaims.com and our preliminary estimate review. Paid engagements are governed by the proposal and agreement you accept in your client portal.
What We Do
Review Ready Claims, LLC provides insurance estimating, estimate review, supplemental estimating and technical documentation services. We prepare estimates and supporting documentation that you or your contractor may choose to submit.
What We Don't Do
We are not public adjusters, attorneys or insurance agents. We do not negotiate with insurance companies, represent policyholders, interpret policy coverage or give legal advice. We cannot guarantee that any insurer will approve an estimate or pay any amount. For coverage or legal questions, talk to your insurer, a licensed public adjuster or an attorney.
The Preliminary Review
The preliminary review is free for claims up to $20,000. Claims over $20,000 and under $200,000 carry a $100 review fee, and claims of $200,000 and above carry a $200 review fee. You'll see the fee before you submit. If you move forward with our full estimating service, 100% of the review fee is credited toward it.
The preliminary review is an initial assessment based on the information you provide, not a complete estimate. If we recommend more work, we'll send a fixed-price proposal, and you owe nothing more unless you accept it.
