Review Ready Claims, LLC ("Review Ready Claims," "we," "us") respects the privacy of the people and businesses we work with. This policy explains what we collect on reviewreadyclaims.com and in our client portal, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information You Give Us
- Contact details. Your name, email address, phone number and the type of help you're looking for, when you fill out a form on this site.
- Documents and project information. Estimates, photos, correspondence and property details you upload to your client portal so we can review or prepare an estimate.
- Account and billing information. Your portal login and invoice records. Card payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
- Anything you tell us directly by phone or email.
Information Collected Automatically
- Where you arrived from. On your first visit, the site stores a short note in your browser's local storage recording how you found us (for example, a search engine or a link) and the first page you landed on. If you later send a form, that note is attached to it. It contains no name or contact details.
- Site analytics. A small first-party analytics script records page views and which buttons and links get used. It does not set cookies, does not follow you to other websites, and is not shared with advertisers.
- Server logs. Our hosting provider records standard request information, including IP addresses, for security and reliability.
How We Use It

- To send invoices and service-related messages
- To understand how the site is used so we can improve it
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use advertising or remarketing pixels.
How We Share It
We share information only with service providers that help us run the business, such as our client portal, payment processor, email provider and website host (Netlify, which stores form submissions before they reach us), and only as needed for them to do that work. We may also disclose information if the law requires it. Estimates and documentation we prepare are delivered to you, and you decide who to submit them to.
How We Protect It
Documents uploaded to the client portal are encrypted in transit and at rest, stored privately, and access is logged. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
How Long We Keep It
We keep project files for as long as we need them to provide our services and meet legal and record-keeping obligations, then delete or anonymize them.
Your Choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information by emailing Service@ReviewReadyClaims.com. Colorado residents may have additional rights under the Colorado Privacy Act. We honor universal opt-out signals, such as Global Privacy Control, where your browser sends one.
Changes to This Policy
If we change this policy, we'll post the new version here and update the date at the top of the page.
